Cease Trading Notification

This is a notification that due to unavoidable financial circumstances after a challenging trading period, Swann Media Group Ltd has today (Thursday 7th July 2022) announced that it will cease trading with immediate effect. This notice applies to our subsidiary companies; Diamondnet Media and Welcome To Sussex. The Company does not have the necessary assets or finances to enter into liquidation, and therefore invites both members and creditors to issue winding-up proceedings should you wish to do so.

To our clients and partners, we would like to reassure you that we shall be contacting you individually to discuss the potential impact to your services and the necessary next steps.
